    Haven't heard of it, but it sounds like an oxymoron to me! Outdoor challenge on a video game system.

    It's really cool - you do all sorts of aerobic exercises on it such as climbing a waterfall, log jumping, etc. It really gets your heart rate up if you play for more than 15 minutes straight.

    Oh that does sound pretty cool - I think I will look for it! Can you use your own Mii's that you've created with the Wii system or no?

    Yes you can and it's so much fun. You can play it by yourself or with someone else. You can compete as team members or compete against each other.
    It really gives you are good workout. It has a mat that you use and there's a good amount of exercises such as log jumping, trampoline, marathon running, kayaking and a lot more.
    You should look into it. I got mine at Walmart and it runs around $60.
