I'm not sure if anyone has asked this but hoping someone can please clarify. On the Goal profile, how do the calories/day from normal daily activity get calculated? Thanks for your help.

You can calculate them using the BMR in the tools section, or you can manually set them using the custom settings in the Goals section. It does its own calculation if you use the Guided route based off of your height, weight and activity level.0

I'm not totally sure but what I did was figure out how active I am on a normal day. If I exercise several times a week, I include that in my activity amount. Then when you do anything outside that activity level, you input that as exercise. Of course, when you do a planned exercise, you add that. It's not a perfect system. The perfect thing to do I think would be to set yourself as sedentary and then add just about all of your activities.0
