Anyone ever done the Physique 57 DVD's. I have been doing the 57 minute workout for 2 weeks and was wondering what kind of results to expect.

    I have the Physique 57 workouts (and love them!!!). However, you've done the program longer than I have... I haven't done it longer than 2 weeks.

    I suggest checking out their facebook page- they have monthly challenges, and a lot of people who have Physique 57 set as "friend" are very active on the post board. They're really friendly and supportive.
