Hi guys, I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was in my thirty's. I was trying to get pregnant and that was when a doctor told me that I had pcos. He did not offer any detail explaination about pcos so I looked it up on line and educated myself on this topic. Well at the time I was not able to lose a lot of weight, the doctor put me on metformin and that brought everything under control. I started to watch what I eat and exercise on a regular basis.

It has been years now being diagnosed with pcos, now I use natural supplements to keep things under control, and I do work out on a regular basis, I just don't go on the scale on a regular basis. As long as I am working out I am good, I benefit even if the scale don't move my heart benefits.

I have never liked taking pills for a long term solution, so that is why I take natural supplements instead. Right now I take the supplements in the morning and go on with my day. Twice a week I do caribbean workout, and Zumba for an hour. So I am having fun while getting healthy.
