trying again!

Hi! Im am trying this again! I was on here a few months ago and was on the right track but got sidelined by some health issues. I am feeling good and ready to rock and roll! I set up my goals, but didnt put in any exercise. I really wish I had a trainer screaming in my face!! Anyway, I am back and looking for some friends! I eat real food, i dont eat things like PB2 etc. I dont have anything against things like that it is just not me. I also work a really screwed up work schedule and it always seems to screw me up. I hope that I can get my *kitten* in gear and somehow end up liking exercise!

  • Welcome back! I really don't know a person who loooooves to exercise. I just know I have to get it done, and I like the feeling of accomplishment after I am done. Be realistic and get a workout in when you have time, but you must make the time. I hope that you are able to organize your work schedule. Drink a lot of water too. Good Luck!!!!
