Is anyone out there? I couldn't find a new post for us today. My DD is sick still. It got worse again today. But, when DH gets home I'm going to do an hour on the gazelle again! How are you all doing?? Hope this MIA isn't because there's problems. Hope all is well!

Hi, I'm here, just trying to remember, fondly, all the food I ate today so I can see what I can eat tonight. I have a roast (beef) in the oven, and that is really my favorite food. I could just slice away at a 3 pound mediuym rare roast all night long until it's gone, so this time I'm going to plan ahead......I hope!

Hello I'm here, I hope your DD feels better. I have twins toddlers, so I know who hard it is when one of them get sick, worse when both are sick @ the same time:noway: . Hey, we have to take care of the little ones, even the big one sometimes :laugh: . I only had one class this morning so after class I walked for 2 miles and did my Stretching, I'll do more exercise this evening i'm sleepy:yawn: , I've been going strong since 4 a.m it has been a long day.

I really need to add stretching to my routine. Any tips 4real?

I go online to youtube site and type in exercise stretching, and it gives a whole list of different ones to try. Some are harder than other, or maybe I'm not as flexible yet:laugh: . I hope the site helps

hey everyone I am here so I didnt start a post today today was a very busy day at work we had 10 babies and 2 teachers short one due to her apartment complex catching on fire...I am sorry for here. I did jump rope today not to mcuh did lots yesterday...Hope all is well, glad to see everyone who is on here weighted in yesterday..Tamara

I am just checking in and then I am getting a shower and heading to bed. I am so tired tonight and very cold. I hate cold weather! I worked 12 hours today and I guess it just wore me out. Suprjewels I hope your DD feels better soon! I hate it when our babies are sick!
