I was told I have diabetes and I must eat less carbs. I weighed 385lbs when I started 10/11/11. It is hard for me to find a scale that goes up that high. I am going shopping for one soon. I feel like I have lost weight the first month

You can reverse your diabetes very easily just by changing your eating habits. It's a life style change and will not happen over night but if you are committed it can happen. My brother was severely diabetic and has now lowered his medication by 60% and with out even trying he has lost 30 lbs. I of course have to work like the devil just to lose 1 lb. Go figure . . . :mad:

I can give you a couple of great books to read about the dietary changes if you want. You don't have to starve your self just eat a clean diet. Add me as a friend and PM me if you are interested.

I did order scale today from Amazon so I will be able to track my weight. I got one that will go up to 440lbs. and cost less than $40.00 :bigsmile:
