surpassed my goal!!

When I originally started my weight loss journey I had set my goal at 50lbs. When I reached my goal I decided not to stop and see how much I could lose. Before when I lost weight I could never seem to lose more than 60lbs and then would gain it back. As of today I have lost 74lbs and would still like to lose another 5 to 6lbs. i know I can do this now and make a promise to myself to make it to my new goal. It has been a hard journey and with the holidays coming now I now it will be tough but I plan to stick to my guns and for once lose and not gain over the holidays. Thanks to mfp it has keep me on track and I LOVE the ability to track my food and calories. I believe that is what has made me successful this time.:bigsmile:
