    I know I shouldn´t but I start my day with a big ole pot of coffee. Just seems to get everything going.
    Then I drink Clight (no calorie flavored water) throughout the day.

    Water, Seltza water, Vitamin water Zero, Diet Snapple Iced Tea (love the Peach), Diet Tropicana OJ, coffee and wine (though have cut way back) I try to stay away from Diet Soda.

    Iced Tea with Torani's sugar free Mango, Peach. Water, coffee and diet coke, crystal light and HMR shakes.I pee a lot.:frown:

    Tea tea tea. I've found coffee seems to hinder my weight loss, I've done quite a bit of experimenting with it. I use tea and splenda [don't get me started on the splenda/artificial sweetening debate...I will still use my splenda]

    I've had 4 cups already today, and it's only 8:30am. But I still drink my water, at least 8 cups a day.

    OH yeah and Celestial Seasonings "Sleepytime tea" with the cute bear in a night shirt on the cover..The new Vanilla is great with a little sugar (try to stay away from artificial sweeteners) AND ZZZZZ......................

    Lots of water and 1% milk only if I'm eating cereal. Occasionally juice or sprite, when accompanied with vodka.:-)

    lots of water, 2 cups of tea or coffee and an occasional diet soda.

    I also enjoy a glass of red wine a few times a week.

    No, there's no particular reason to drink other beverages. You CAN, but you don't NEED to.

    Most days I have one cup of tea with milk, or coffee with cream, and otherwise just water. I don't really want anything else most of the time. Except recently I bought a carton of Silk Nog, which was delicious! I also love coconut water.

    Water, the occasional black coffee (I was told to cut it out for health reason, bot working on that slowly), and tea. If I feel the need for flavour in my water I will sometimes add a crystal light, but that is not very often. I love almond milk but only use it when I have cereal or oatmeal, I prefer not to just drink it.
