I can't find the nutritional value of cooking an egg with vegetable spray. This anyone know of a site that list the difference between vegetable spray and oil. Basically what I'm looking for is the difference between an egg fried with vegetable and a poached egg. Also any information showing the difference between frying with vegetable spray.a pork chop or baking one.

What is vegetable spray? You mean a spray can of vegetable oil? Whatever this spray is, log one egg, then whatever the can of spray says is a serving size. An egg- raw or poached in water- is the same 70 calories and 4 g of fat. I guess I am not understanding your question.0
