I need a solid place to start meal-wise, and I have had little success eating 5 - 6 times a day. So, one more time from you veterans/experts, give us your best/fav and why your fuel works best for you...many thx,

    My typical Lunch:
    8 oz chicken breast
    300 g potatoes
    2 servings mixed veggies
    4 servings spinach
    2 servings broccoli
    1 serving walnuts or pecans
    250 g cherry tomatoes
    1 serving frozen mixed berries

    I workout at 5am, this is my lunch. I don't really have a post-workout meal

    try http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/browse-recipes.asp I found some really yummy recipes for dinner and it helps me keep my calories under control
