After burn

Maybe this is why I should get a Bodymedia or something, because I have to think this effects my calories. I log my calories right after a workout, but for instance, today I logged my class at 670, but one hour later I was at 860. When I can barely meet calorie goals with no results, could my body actually be needing MORE calories?

Bodymedia will read afterburn and metabolic increase. Here are some charts with my bodybugg. It's also made by bodymedia http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/394625-my-bodybugg-results?page=1#posts-54332740

Absolutely. I can measure mine by how hungry I am. If I'm absolutely starving 1 hour after my meal or snack, then I get something else to eat. Something healthy. I used to feel guilty about doing this but then discovered that I was actually burning more calories than I thought.0
