.....but where, exactly in the kitchen does it start? Im trying to add a few inches of muscle here and there, i eat all day (or it feels like it, im always chewing something....like a cow. Moo.) about 2000 calories a day, no less than 1750 anyway. Im carb cycling (and ill be darned, its working!) low days under 50g and high days about 175g. (did i mention i weigh 110lbs? That may help) and get at least 70g fat, 23g fiber, and 150+g protein daily. I have one cheat meal a month, and its never bad (think one naughty dessert) . ive got a 4 pack (my lower 2 come and go, id like them to take up permanent residence) and would like another inch in my biceps, and about an inch in my thighs. Also, seriously? My delts kill me. Theyve got no real "oomph" HELP.

You need to decide on a goal of fat loss OR muscle gain. Trying to do both at the same time is a recipe for wheel-spinning.
