Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Options
Preheat oven to 350, bake for 30 minutes
-Slice top off of mediium green pepper, gut out insides
-Saute in 2 tsp olive oil
-Throw in 1/2 small, chopped onion
-Throw in turkey breast, ground beef, chicken breast, or ground turkey
-Mix in 2/3 C brown rice, 2/3 C low fat tomator juice
-Stuff all into pepper
-Top with low fat shredded cheese

Cals: 512 (this is what the site says, however, they did not recommend low fat cheese so the cals will be less)
