Howdy folks, I discovered this app on my Blackberry and while it's gone on the fritz and doesn't work anymore, I learned to love it so much in 2 days, I just update online now! I've tried Weight Watchers on and off for the last 6 years, and their promotion of low-fat and higher carb always turns me into a miserable COW. I know they've modified the program, but it's just to complicated.

I decided to start calorie counting and trying to increase the fat while lowering the carb intake. I've been at it for only a week and a half, already lost almost 9 pounds and I am LOVING what I'm eating. I have almost no cravings, I'm still able to enjoy the foods I like and I'm actually enjoying my "diet" for once in my life!

Today also marks the first time I've been under 200lbs in about a year and a half (probably closer to 2 years!)
