I just got this email from my friend Jeff:

"Just saw Deanna @ the Hospital with Marla. We were looking at pictures from this past weekend, on her phone, and there was this dude that was pipe-cleaner thin. Oh, wait a second, that was you! How much weight have you lost??"

Now, I'm anything but "pipe-cleaner thin," but it's good to know that the changes are noticeable! Woo-hoo! :)

    It's great when people notice but I think you should feel even better since it was one of your guy friends that not only noticed BUT said something about it too. I hate to be stereotypical here, but guys don't usually notice things like that, and if they do, don't usually take the time to say anything. Great job!!!

    Don't ya just love those types of compliments? Sooo much better than "YOU ARE TOO SKINNY".
    Lately I have gotten tons of compliments on my clothes. Sure hope it just isn't the clothes they are noticing!!

    Eh, I don't care. It was clearly an exaggeration to make the point that I've lost a good bit of weight. Nothing to be upset about.
