I noticed there are teams is there a particular way to join them or a certain time? When do the teams start at week 1 again?

    We are doing biggest loser teams, you can join which ever tea you would like. We have the purple, blue, black red and green I think green is a newest team. We are doing it based on the biggest loser show. We weigh in by wednesday and send your weight to your leader by wednesday and then us leader post the results wednesday evening. We start over when the new biggest loser starts over again...If you have any question im me I am the leader of the purple team.
