Does anyone use a weighted hulu hoop

I have a 4lbfriend hulua hoop. I was just taking it out pf my basement. So I was wondering if anyone else uses one......

I do! Mine is not quite that heavy, but I like to hoop for about 20 minutes several times a week. A couple of my local friends and I are going to start a Hoopin' 30/30 challenge where we are planning to hoop for 30 minutes for the next 30 days to improve our skills.

I have a regular hula hoop (it's got liquid in it but it doesn't weigh much) and I was thinking of getting a weighted one. Just don't know what weight to start out with.

I got mine from Canyon Hoops, and even if you make your own or get one from another source, they still have good information on their website about selecting the weight and size hoop for what you want to do with it.
