What do you try to burn while on maintenance?

For those of you on maintenance, do you have a daily target of how many calories to burn (or if a time target, what do you avg for daily burns)? Just wondering what is reasonable to keep up every day. I see some people with burns of 1300+ every day and that seems so unrealistic for me (one day, let alone to maintain). I tend to burn 700+ on my cardio days, and around 400 on ST days.
