HELLO JUST JOINED LAST NIGHT AND LEARNING THE SYSTEM ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS
I WORK OUT ALOT DOING SUCH THINGS LIKE INSANITY , TURBO FIE AND SPINNING
MY ISSUE IS FOOD I CAN'T SEEM TO STOP THOSE CRAVINGS FOR BAD FOODS

    Start slow and pick something to kick and replace with something healthy. The cravings get better the more you get the salt, sugar, and fat out of your system. Stuff like that is really like an addiction, especially salt. So hang in there, drink lots of water and start kicking the bad stuff out of your life.

    hello all started a week ago I actually did not weigh in until tuesday though so that is when I will recird my lost I did however get on scale this morning and lost 1lb since tuesday had a hard day yesterday had to take my dog to urgent vet care he very sick with high fever I have him on antibiotics and hopefully will be better in a day or two. hope you all have a good day
