hello...
i got this new dvd with billy blanket ( i think thats his name) it TAE BO a great cardio .... Im trying to log the calories i burned with it but there is no tae bo in the MFP... Does anyboby knows how many cal can i burn with a 40 minutes of this exercise?? please help...

    Options
    Just mark it as High Impact Aerobics and put in the time you did and it will calculate what you lost
