I left home without pulling anything out of my freezer for dinner!! I already have my sides of broccoli and freshly cooked green beans...what the heck should I cook with it? :flowerforyou:

How about stir-fried brocolli and green beans with sesame sauce and grilled salmon steak with lemon, salt and pepper? Or baked chicken to go with it with gravy or a low-calorie sauce? Do you like fish? Pan-fried halibut or something?

You could also have your veggies and boil carrots and turnips and mash them up. Eat with some Naan and olive oil, or have the veggies and maybe a mushroom egg white omelet? How about the veggies and a quiche or quesadilla with low fat sour cream and salsa? I like meatloaf too (you might need beef, onions, garlic, seasoning, eggs, etc) but that takes a bit longer.

Maybe some fresh ground turkey and whole wheat noodles topped off with some tasty all natural pasta sauce with a fresh garden salad to start things off.

Thanks for the great ideas! Meatloaf does sound really good....

So does the fresh pasta and fish!

I would stir-fry the green beans and broccoli with some eggs, Mrs. Dash, and soy sauce. Yuuuuum.

My go to is the rotisserie chicken from the store. Already cooked, low calorie and healthy. Add sides and instant meal!!! And a lot less prep time!!!!

I LOVE those already cooked rotisserie chickens! They are just so tasty.
