I'm bout to workout to some metal and rock music. Anything new that I'm not aware of? Can't go wrong with some AC/DC and Metallica. Any suggestions?

How could I forget Slipknot? And Stone Sour.
When pumping iron, why wouldn't you listen to metal?! Why don't gyms play music accordingly?! I tried to go without headphones the other day, and I'm sorry, Foreigner is not good weight lifting music!

I assumed he was looking for music comparable to AC/DC and Metallica. Call it what you want.

Too lazy to suggest things but just been thinking, why do all workout videos feature bouncy/peppy work out instructors and techno/hip hop music, one day I'm going to make up an aerobics routine and sync it to some Industrial :-D no one will be smiling in my vid, but damn we'll work hard.
