Last night my husband and I were trying to decide what to do for dinner. I was thinking pizza and he was leaning towards burgers. So, as usual we ask our 3 year old to be tie breaker. " Eli, what do you want for dinner?" he looks at us and says " hmmm. Chicken, peppers and browcli ( broccoli). My husband and I just looked at eachother, and he says " Ill grill the chicken, you do the veggies?" and we set to work.
My 3 year old motivated me to eat a healthier meal, and for that Im thankful and put to shame

This is awesome news!!!! When a child sees adults eating healthier, it's a subconscious thing for them to naturally want healthier foods. And see if you can get him into the kitchen helping out with small things, too! He'll be so proud that he helped make dinner!0
