Apologize up front if everyone has answered this a thousand times already, pretty new on here. Just today I started tracking saturated fat as well as the regular fat colomn. With lunch and breakfast today I maxed out the regular fat. Question is as long as I am under my calories for the day is it okay to go over on "healthy" fats like tuna, eggs etc.?
Feel free to look at my food diary and give me some advice for better eating. I know I need/should eat more fruit and veggies but I very limited due to GI issues.
Also this past week has been an odd one with me having to limit fiber and certain foods for an upcoming colonoscopy Thursday.

I wouldn't sweat it. I go over on regular fat sometimes, but healthy fats leave me satisfied and it hasn't been affecting my weight loss.0

As long as you're in a calorie deficit, you'll lose weight.0
