Have you tried it or know someone who tried it? What are your thoughts, comments, etc?

Thanks-

I would hesitate to get nutritional info from Tim Ferris, no offense intended towards your taste in books.

I tried it last spring...great results. Lost 10 pounds in 7 days. However the food becomes boring very quickly! I have to have variety! I looked forward to my binge days....they were heaven! I found his book interesting...well worth reading.

I would liken Tim Ferriss to Kevin Trudeau.

I used it when i was first starting my program. I liked the simplicity and I did lose weight while following it.

    I've done it.

    There's no magic.

    Cals in vs cals out.

Carbs are not the devil. (neither are "fast" carbs)

It's actually named "the slow carb diet"

Is it four hours a day, or four hours all together? If its four hours all together, I'm in!

    more a play on words.

I tried it successfulyl. but like chris said, its more about cals in cals out.
I did properly though in my mind...
dropped 9 kg (18lbs) in 3 months. nice and steady like, while weight training my way.
Worked a treat, and i got alot stronger in that period (which was interesting).

but yeah, no need for anything fancy like this.
