NSV??? Does this exist on MFP!!!

When i used to go to weight watchers many years ago when i weighed just 160lbs with 15 to lose at meetings they would discuss Non Scale Victory's - NSV's

i.e. trying for size a dress that now fits, someone noticing a slimmer you walking around the office etc

I used to really enjoy hearing about these as I think although the scales are a great measure of success and achievement the small things in our environments can feel as rewarding?

i.e. today my trainer said I worked really well - and i know i tried - this for me was a good feeling

so good to track nsvs also. WW lifetime member but didnt want to pay again so this is working. its like a mtg daily!

Yes, I love hearing NSVs just as much as the stories about weight loss. Sometimes people are really more excited about an NSV. You really "hear" the attitude changes with the NSVs, which I think are just as important as a scale number change!
