to eat exercise calories or to not!?

I used to not eat mine back, eventually my weight loss stalled. I started eating them, and I did gain a little the first couple weeks, then I maintained for a bit, but finally, now the weight is starting to come off again, and better than before. So for those who say they can't eat their calories back because they gain, just haven't given it enough time. I say, eat them.0

I usually shoot for half of my exercise calories just to leave a little room for error...are the numbers accurate for both exercise and food?? it gives me wiggle room0
