4 teaspoons almond, cashew or pistachio butter
Top each chocolate square with 1/2 teaspoon nut butter of your choice (almond, cashew, pistachio).

I was never a dark chocolate fan in the past but now I keep a bar of it in the freezer (85% cacao, with chili peppers..yea you heard that right, nice zing to it!) and just break off a small square when I'm in the mood for something different.
Sure comes in handy on the overwhelming PMS moments..that's for sure. Unlike milk chocolate which is much harder, I find:noway: to eat only one piece, there's just something different about the dark where you tend not to need more than one piece stuck on your tongue melting.:laugh:
