Potato waffles?

I just heard about these, and would really like to make them! However, most of the recipes I've found are high in calories, fat and cholesterol.

Can anybody help me with some low calorie-ish potato waffles that I can make for myself? They'll only be for myself so just enough for 1 person!

Thanks :)

What do you consider low cal? I have recipes that could probably be adapted, but I'm not sure what exactly you're looking for.

Anything under 300 cals preferably. But I really just want to try them and see what they taste like to start with.

I found an easy-looking recipe that comes out to 231 calories per waffle: http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Potato-Waffles

You could also easily substitute full-fat ingredients in pretty much any recipe with low-fat ones, like non-fat milk and margarine in place of regular milk and butter.

Awesome :) thanks. I'll definitely have to try them out. I'm very curious as to what these taste like...
