I just had Chinese food... :( Which means I had a lot of sodium! I don't wanna let the "binge" get me off track, what can I do to flush the sodium and make it so I'm not bloated?!

    it will come out of your system -- and if you weigh more in the morning, it's just water weight - don't worry about it - and ironically, to get rid of the sodium, drink water. NOT SODA. water is best to flush stuff, including fat, out of your body! :)
