Small Progress

Hi guys,

Just sharing my little weight loss since I started in August. I started out at 167kgs and am now down to 154.3kgs. I wish I could have put it in my siggy, but I joined MFP after a couple of months loosing. Still battling the depression, but am learning to just exercise instead of eating. :)

    It takes time, losing weight for good is a journey. I started here a year ago, but it took me almost 9 months to get it right and stick to the plan. I'm happy with my progress. Along the way, I learned about portion control and eating right. Now I am on a roll. Please don't give up. You are doing awesome!!!
  • The mindset of exercising instead of eating is a great start! The weight loss will come with time...good luck :)

    Just think of exercise as clearing your head and not actually exercising!
