By my fast math, the entire recipe she posted makes 4-6 pancakes but you get to eat all 4-6 as a serving! The entire batter has just 240 cals (egg whites = 17 cals each, oats = 150 cals for 1/2 cup)

I made these and they are delicious.

Instead of stevia, I used a splash of maple syrup, because I don't like stevia. I also didn't mix in the blender because I wanted to oats to stay whole. I just mixed by hand.

The other thing I did was I sautéed the apple with a bit of cinnamon to soften and sweeten the apples.

I'm not deluding myself by thinking that these will burn fat, but they are tasty, filling and healthy.
