Pcos and weight lifting w/kettle bells and weights

hi

Do any of you guys lift kettle bells and weights? Do pcos cause more muscle gain when lifting kettlebell or weights then a non pcoser?

    i have pcos and i dont notice a difference...i lift weights, ive always wanted to try kettlebells....i think i just gain muscle like anyone else does

    pcos sucks takes a longer time to lose the weight!!! u should def look into kettlebells its sooo fun!

    Kettle bells look scary to me... the people at the gym who use them without a trainer present look like they are gonna take someone's head off (possibly mine) or their own shoulders. I love lifting weights - it's so soothing to feel the cold metal in my hands, and I love the burn.

    checkout excercise workouts on youtube for kettlebell. I'm beginner too i took a class on them and i love it. its so fun.
