Hey! My friend just told me about this website where you can get a meal plan based on where you shop and what you buy. I am not familiar with all the perks about it yet, but thought I would share. I'm about to check it out now. It is called e-mealz.com
Edit: Am exploring the site, and it has meal plans for like five days and shows how much it costs for the meals and such. Also has plans for on a budget, on a diet, cooking for 1 or 2, and regular meal plans...etc.
Another edit: Just tried to sign up and you gotta pay to be a member...but still they have samples so it is cool to check out.

Thanks for the share. I despise planning meals.
Why so? I hardly ever stick to my meal plans exactly, but whenever I don't plan my meals I have no hope of being within my limits haha. I guess after a while portion sizes etc will become second nature, but at the moment meal planning is sooo necessary haha.0
