Nothing you can do :laugh:
Try to plan and log your meals in advance, so you can adjust what you eat to meet your goals. And its very hard to get it spot on, so dont worry about 10-15 grams difference :flowerforyou:0 -
Bear in mind protein is a target rather than a limit, like some of the micronutrients. You may want to look at doing custom ratios - based on advice from various forum members I've changed mine to 40/30/30 C/F/P.0

Jump back on the cross trainer, or take the dog out for a longer walk....only if it's fat that's over!!! Maybe carbs too but I actually try to go over my protein as many people have said it's set too low on here!0
