Having a bad morning.

I feel like I need to go to bed, sleep for another and then get up. First I woke up to my husband basically slamming things around because he was late for work and couldn't find his work out shoes. That put me in a bad mood because if he'd take the two darn min to put them away when he takes them off instead of just taking them off in the middle of whatever room he is and leaving them there he wouldn't have that problem. And you would think after 6 years of this happening he would have figured it out. ugh. So then I go step on the scale. It's not my day to weigh in but I thought I'd check my progress. I'M UP A LB AND A HALF! WTF!!!! Now be honest with me. Does "tom" really effect it that much or do I need to reevaluate what I'm doing? Alright I better get off here and get going! Just needed to vent. Thanks for listening!

My hubby is the same way! lol Drives me CRAZY!! And now my kids do the same thing! So I am always running around looking for everyone else's things! At least it keeps me organized And don't get discouraged by 1.5 lbs! There are lot's of reasons for that. You can't gain that over night so it's probably just water. Too much salt yesterday, or not enough water consumption or T.O.M. Drink your water, eat good & remember you are in charge of how you feel so don't let anything get you down!0
