Hi guys

Can anyone tell me how much a 'cup' of water is? I'm trying to drink more but haven't a clue how it's measured.

Thanks

8 oz.... people freak out about drinking 8 glasses a day because they are thinking large glasses, but they are just the little ones. Put it in a one cup measuring cup, there really isn't that much there :)

Sigh. You're using an approximation. If you actually do the math you will get the exact number.

a regular "small" water bottle is about 16.9 fl oz, which translates to a ltitle over 2 cups. that should help :)

You know, I was giving the OP the benefit of the doubt and assuming she doesn't know what a cup is because she doesn't live in the US. Therefore ml would be the appropriate measurement.
