Thank God it counts as cardio. I have been doing it for 4 hours now and I don't have the energy to work out

    I concur on that!!!:drinker:

    I will wear a sauna suit once a week when I do the heavy duty housecleaning. I burn a mad sweat! :mad: I can't wait to clean house with my hrm on for the first time!!! Have a great Friday and weekend! :happy:
