I had an old work mate message me on Facebook to tell me that she thought I looked pretty and slim. Wow-I'm pretty motivated at the moment anyways but this has added some extra sunshine into my day on a grey November afternoon in England.
I weighed 44lbs more than I do now when we worked together.....so it feels really good to hear those words.
