I have been at this journey for awhile now and have lost 26 lbs, which is great ( I have quite a bit more to lose) and I can tell in my face and my clothes are looser, but nobody has ever said anything. Well I was at my sons concert at school last night and a friend of mine came up to me afterward and told me how good I looked. Made me feel so good about myself!!!

Well done on your weight loss you must be feeling so much better, I have lost the same amount and still have a way to go. Its lately more people are commenting and it really gives you a boost. I feel 100% better than I did before x

That's wonderful! I've heard it takes over 15 lbs and sometimes a lot more for others to notice, so don't worry. You'll get more & more NSVs like this!
