Changing exercises

I do mostly group fitness, so it's something different every day. Do I need to change my workout after 8 weeks? Or wait and see if I hit a plateau and then change it up if I do?

    If you are still getting results and you like it then i'd say stick to it! Maybe add some weights in there though, good luck! :happy:
