Time to Lose!

Hi all! I'm new here. Heard about this site from a friend and it's AWESOME! Been trying to lose weight for a while now and was doing great but because of such a heavy gym schedule I blew my knee out and have to have surgery. Needless to say, I gained it all back being stuck on the couch with a tore up knee. Butt, now that I'm kind of back to normal, I'm ready to tear it up (not literally this time). All tips and advice is 100% appreciated and welcome!!

Good luck! My advice is log everything! On days I don’t log my foods, I really don’t realize HOW MUCH I’m actually consuming… And second, get a lot of friends on here! Support on this site is amazing. They will suggest things and pick you up when your down.
Good luck on your journey! We are all fighting for similar things. 0 -
I tore up my knee on May and had surgery for meniscus repair. Using MFP I have now lost the weight I gained. My best tip though is to FIND A TRAINER that can work with you on areas to strengthen and tone that don't put stress on your knee. Mine has been tremendously helpful!0
