two weeks on the board

and hanging it there, trying to get in the habit of getting up in the morning to walk or climb on the exercise bike (if it is raining.) So far only missed one day. Trying to get rid of all the junk food out of the house (husband and kids were not wild about that idea, I told them if they wanted it they had to buy it and keep it in their cars. My biggest hurdle in the junk food is cokes and MikeSell's Red Hot potato chips, I could eat a half bag in a day. So I did get some vegetable chips - have not opened the bag yet, and I only had one diet coke since I signed on the board. Lost 2 pounds since I started, but still have a long way to go, but I am going to be true about what I put in my mouth. Made myself a promise no more eating in front of the keyboard or TV, have to sit at the dining room table. When watching TV I am doing my cross stitching so that keeps my hands busy from shoving things in my mouth. Okay I am done rambling for now. :bigsmile:
