Carrots, Grapes, designer whey protein. PB and rice cake. Remember you can eat actually a lot of fruits and veggies as long as they are raw. When you start to dry them and cook them you add calories. Good luck.0

You can eat 27 tons of most veggies for a hundred calories. If you want something a bit sweet, Low Sugar Apple & Cinnamon Quaker Instant Oatmeal is 110 calories a packet.0

Cup-A-Soup supreme with a ton more noodles than the original is only 60 cals in Canada. It is 680mg of sodium thought so use in an emergency hunger situation only; I have a box in my desk at work and I've had only 1 this year.0 -
