Sorry if some think this might be spam.. but I need someone elses opinion.
I'm tired, my knees hurt, and I just overall feel like crap. I think my body might be rebelling against me because of the amount of time I've spent exercising the last few weeks. So the question is.. do I go to the gym tonight? If so, should I work as hard as I usually do or take it easy? Or should I just stay home, pour a glass of wine, and take a bubble bath while reading one of my "guilty pleasure" books? Your thoughts please!

If you haven't had a rest day in the past week I say have a bath and enjoy yourself. You're body needs rest.0

Agreed with the PP - if you haven't rested in 7 days try the rest day. Might be more helpful than you think.
However, if you rested over the weekend (just an example), get to the gym and kick your own butt. :-)0 -
I'd say go and see how far you can push yourself. You never regret or feel guilty about going to the gym, you'll feel proud and get some endorphins!0
