Is it true that msg in foods triggers hunger so that "you can't eat just one"?

MSG is added because it's supposed to make food taste better. It's a flavor enhancer, also some people are allergic. My dad gets terrible migraines from MSG0

I don't know....but I generally try to stay away from the stuff since there are healthier options for enhancing flavor. Like----regular old salt, lemon juice, herbs and spices. I find that stuff with MSG is generally not "real" food anyway.0
