Newbie to Forum/Post Pnts + recovery

I am new to the Forum. I am transitioning over from a very populatr program that I followed for approx 2 yrs. I was successful, but the pressure of "weighing in" and staying in a tight weight range began to work on my psyche to the point that I felt like an utter failure at gaining 1-2 pounds on occasion. I stopped going but con't to track /follow at home. I am still w/in my weight range for my height, but I want to get back to the lower-mid range of that, but I don't think I can take that pressure of "weighing" in formally at a center. This site was recommended to me by someone who previosuly used it
Has anyone transitioned over from WW to this? What have you felt were the pros/cons. Any advice to help me succeed at this is deeply appreciated. I find the site very accessible/user friendly and love how easy it is to use.:smile:
