Expresso Bikes

My gym recently got these things called Expresso Bikes. They're bikes that have a screen and you ride different trails. They are the best thing since sliced bread!! I didn't even realize that I did a total of 8 miles. It was fantastic!! I wish they had this for the treadmill and elliptical at my gym!!

    They had those bikes at my old gym and they were fantastic! I do wish they had treadmills or ellipticals like that as I enjoy them much more than the bikes :)

    So fun! They have those at my gym at home, sadly not at school :( Nothing like a truly fun workout!
