HELP!

my net calories for today is only around 300.. i need to eat something to jack it up to at least 1200.. anyone have any suggestions? i don't want to eat a huge meal and fast food is an option.. but not first choice. help!?

yeah its after exercise.. i'm a cook which burns a lot of calories, but i also went on a long walk.. i don't want to eat a whole lot of stuff but i'm thinkin bout just going to 711 and pickin some things up.. i'm gonna look funny grabbin things and looking at the calories.. just so i can get my net up to 1200.. haha0

Eating back those calories is up to you. Some people do, some don't. My rule of thumb is if I'm not hungry why force feed myself? Again up to you as long you gross at least 1200.0

haha, i'm up reading this cause i'm trying to get up to 1200 for today too. so tonight already stuffed from dinner, (tons of veggies really leave you no more room). i'm having my one of my favorite NOT 0% fat yogurt that i keep in frig for nights like tonight..cause there is always room for yogurt!
. i'm not gonna be able to stay awake long enough to touch the 550 exercise calories i earned but i don't think about every day as individual non-overlapping days, instead tend to look at averages over the week, kwim? so if i'm under one day i might be a little over the next but it evens out in the end.
maybe have some peanut butter, PPnJ sandwich. that will jack up your total for day quick and is better than junk/fast food for ya.0 -
I never have calories left over?! How do you manage this. Yesterday I got to 6pm, was starving and only had 60 calories left for dinner so had to force myself to the gym so I could justify my salad.......
What do you normally eat during the day that saves you so many calories for the evening?0
